  • Turf shoes or flats for indoor or synthetic surfaces
  • Shinguards – mandatory at almost every camp
  • Soccer socks (2–3 pairs per day)
  • Compression shorts or base layers
  • Game-appropriate shorts and shirts – plain or numbered is better than club gear
  • Goalkeepers: gloves, long sleeves, and padded gear
